We harvested when the grapes were very ripe, accentuating the true character of the Shiraz grape. There is a definite meaty, savoury element to the wine, tied together with soft, ripe tannins on the palate. The wine is very big and robust, but at the same time bright and fresh - showcasing our traditional winemaking practices and our focus on full-bodied, concentrated red wines with massive aging potential.
Enjoy with rich, flavourful dishes such as belly of pork or Boeuf Bourguignon.
