Made from 40 to 60 year old Chenin Blanc Vines, giving small yields, but big flavours.
Full bunch pressing, and made in a reductive style.
Complex, bold and multi-layered. On the nose, apple and quince notes, which carry through to the palate, with a touch of salted caramel. Beautiful fruit, elegant acidity and well-integrated oak.
