This wine is a blend of Cataratto and Inzolia grapes grown in the small volcanic island of Salina, just off the north coast of Sicily.
Its intense fruity and mineral character fully encapsulates the uniqueness of Salina’s territory, with its volcanic soil, rich in potassium and magnesium, the lack of water and the powerful sunshine.
The bouquet on the nose is very elegant, with notes of ripe and exotic fruits, white peach, and a typical sensation of Mediterranean scrub.
On the palate it is fresh, flavorful, fruity, confirming the aromas perceived on the nose.
