Blake Family Wines Chenin Blanc
Golden hued and full-bodied with dried apricot, vanilla and honey on the nose. Harmonious balance between fruit and oak flavours.
The wine was fermented and matured for another 3 months in 50% new French oak and 50% second fill oak.
This complex wine have sufficient body to enhance spicy and full flavoured meals. Also partners well with mild seafood and poultry.
