This is Groote Post winemaker, Lukas Wenztel’s own special creation, named after his matriarch born in the 1700’s, and who married the first Wenztel to arrive in the Cape.
This blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sees the fusion of 2 classic cultivars from the cool slopes of the Darling Hills.
The result is a crisp and enigmatic bubbly, that stirs the senses and excited the palate with every sip.
