Having worked harvests alongside legendary winemakers Gyles Webb and Eben Sadie, Miles gained invaluable experience in the vineyards of California and Sicily, which eaned him the role of winemaker at Tokara in 2000.
In 2004, Miles established Miles Mossop Wines carefully building his brand alongside his "day job," until 2018, when he left Tokara to focus full-time on his own wines.
He now produces wines of the highest quality, and is justifiably proud of his "wine babies," a number of whom are named after his family members.
